The house has 220m² distributed in 2 floors
In Gaubeako Ekhia everything is ready for you to enjoy a welcoming stay. On the first floor of our house you can enjoy an open space with its hall, large and spacious living room that fulfills the function of a dining room too. With one bedroom that includes a bathroom adapted to the accessibility regulations on the ground floor; three bedrooms more upstairs with a private bathroom and a common bathroom for two of them. Furthermore, we also have a completely equipped kitchen and a large terrace.
Living room / dining room
From the beginning we wanted to create a welcoming atmosphere where everybody can be together, although some are cooking, others are watching TV or having breakfast.
Kitchen
The kitchen is of last generation with induction plaque ready for the best dishes in addition to the microwave, the oven and a big fridge.
Bedroom 1
This bedroom has an integrated bathroom in addition to the double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
The biggest bedroom of the house has an automatically controllable large velux.
Bedroom 3
Spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, 22” television, with a unique lighting.
Bedroom 4
The bedroom including a double bed has fantastic lighting with views through the large window.
Terraces
The terraces are another common space where to enjoy sitting at the table, preparing a barbecue or playing ping-pong together.
Barbecue
It is a first quality barbecue to enjoy outdoor with the company of your family and/or friends.
